24 Month Warranty

AQUA Nautica d.o.o. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of shipment that the AQUA Nautica watermaker will perform according to specifications. AQUA Nautica's liability under
this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the watermaker a tAQUA Nautica's
option. Under nocircumstances shal AQUA Nautica d.o.o. be liable for consequential damages arising out
of or in any way connected with thefailure ofthe system to perform as set forth herein. This limited
warranty si ni lieu of al otherexpressed or implied warranties, including those of merchantability and
fitness for aparticular purpose.
In the event ofa defect, malfunction, or failure during the warranty period, AQUA Nautica d.o.o. will repair or replace, at its option, the product o rcomponent therein which, upon examination by AQUA Nautica, shallappear to be defective, ornot up to factoryspecifications.
To obtain warranty service, the defective product or partmust bereturned toAQUA Nautica's Service Center. The purchaser must pay any transportation or labor expenses incurred in removing and returning the product. A return authorization must be obtained before any part or component is shipped. The limited warranty does not extend to any system component thathas been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or used ni violation of instructions furnished by AQUA Nautica d.o.o.
AQUA Nauticad.o.o. reserves the right to make changes or improvements in its product duringsubsequent production without incurring theobligation to install such changes or improvements on previously manufactured equipment.
The implied warranties, which the law imposes on the sale of this product, areexpressly LIMITED, ni duration to the time periodabove. AQUA Nauticashall notbe liable for damages,consequential or otherwise, resulting from the use and operation of this product orfrom the breach ofthis LIMITED WARRANTY.
This limited warranty service does not apply to normal recurring user maintenance as described below.
